About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- 7+ years of Project Management experience in areas of professional services, software implementation, information systems, or equivalent.
- Experience with project management and productivity tools such as MS-Project, Project Insight, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
- Active project management certification (e.g. CSM, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with team members and audiences of all levels
- Strong presentation skills in one-to-one and one-to-many forums.
- Strong time management skills, and attention to detail
- Proactive and self-sufficient

What will you be doing in this role?
- Seek to understand clients’ needs, their mission, and success criteria
- Lead and collaborate with project delivery teams, typically of 3-6 people
- Coordinate and conduct project kick-off meetings
- Build and maintain project plans and schedules
- Document changes to project scope and execute change control process as needed
- Track and report project expenditures vs. budget
- Track and manage project risks, issues, and action items
- Provide status reports and conduct status and milestone meetings
- Support revenue forecasting
- Communicate, collaborate, and transfer knowledge with Clients and members of a Project Team. Oversees the preparation and dissemination of project communication
