What You'll Get To Do

Prepare, Design, Build, Test and Deliver Salesforce projects and enhancements
Provide timely support to Salesforce support team
Maintain Salesforce knowledge base and communicate changes to appropriate stakeholders (Support team, business etc)
Provide consulting and support best practices around the utilization of Salesforce platform
Manage relationships with business teams including managing & leading projects
Assess risks and impacts on existing systems as new functions are added
Identify potential technical problems or design flaws so that preventive action can be taken
Support user acceptance testing processes to ensure that requirements are fully satisfied
Create and deliver application demos to various internal/external stakeholders with varying levels of product knowledge

Skills And Experience We Value

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent with experience working in Salesforce.com or Salesforce CPQ.
Good experience and expertise in Salesforce configuration, especially Flows.
Salesforce certification is preferred
Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong problem solving, data and software applications skills
Previous project management (or Salesforce implementation) preferred
