Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
