Senior SAP Basis Consultant

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP BASIS Consultant to manage and support our SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP BASIS administration, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. This role involves ensuring the stability and efficiency of our SAP systems, supporting SAP applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.)
Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
Monitor and optimize system performance and availability
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Manage SAP HANA and other databases
Implement and maintain security measures
Work closely with functional teams to support business requirements
Conduct system health checks and ensure compliance with best practices
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BASIS team members
Prepare technical documentation and reports
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration
Proficient in SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations
Strong knowledge of SAP HANA and other database technologies
Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., Solution Manager)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong understanding of SAP security concepts and administration
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
SAP BASIS certification is a plus
