Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules (FI - Financial Accounting and CO - Controlling).
- Customize SAP FICO solutions to meet specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Manage the configuration of key sub-modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Profit Center Accounting (PCA).
Project Management:
- Act as the lead consultant on SAP FICO implementation projects, managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver successful SAP solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and team members.
Business Process Analysis:
- Work closely with clients and business users to analyze and document financial processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Design and map business processes to SAP FICO functionality, ensuring optimal use of the system.
Integration and Testing:
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and external systems.
- Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FICO configuration and integration.
Post-Implementation Support:
- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance of SAP FICO systems.
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and configuration guides.
- Develop and generate reports using SAP FICO reporting tools to meet business needs.
- Ensure proper documentation of all changes and updates in the system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in SAP FICO module configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and cost management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in SAP FICO consulting with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
- Experience in at least 1 full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations.
- Prior experience in a leadership or senior consulting role is preferred.
Optional Additions:
- SAP certification in FICO is a plus.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and new functionalities (e.g., Universal Journal, Central Finance).
- Knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Group Reporting).
