Senior Sap Project Manager

Lead the planning, design, and implementation of SAP integration projects, ensuring

alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.

 Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP integration-related activities,

coordinating with cross-functional teams including IT, business operations, and external

consultants.

 Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and

addressing any issues or risks that may arise.

 Collaborate with key stakeholders to define integration requirements, identify

opportunities for process improvement, and drive innovation within the organization.

 Manage vendor relationships and third-party consultants involved in SAP integration

projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

 Oversee testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, performance,

and scalability of integrated SAP solutions.

 Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-

driven work environment.

 Develop and implement training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in using

the integrated SAP solutions.

 Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SAP

integration and related fields.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business

Administration, or related field.

 Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP implementation and integration

 Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale SAP integration projects from

initiation to completion.

 Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP

SCM, SAP BW/BI, SAP CPI, SAP BTP

 Experience in integration of SAP with Salesforce, Ariba etc.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

 SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.

 Ability to travel as needed.
