Proficient in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, and HTML/CSS
Configure/Customize ServiceNow including Workflows using Flow Designer, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc.
Extensive experience with Business Rules, Source Code Management, Flow Designer, and Integrations
Knowledge of ServiceNow Platform, including building new applications and enhancing existing ones
Experience:
Proven track record in Order Management systems
Background in Telecom is a plus but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of ServiceNow developers, review their work, providing guidance and mentorship
Design solutions for new requirements and integrations, ensuring best coding practices are followed
Identify gaps in existing solutions and work on improvements
Manage stakeholder communication effectively
Stay hands-on with the development and implementation of ServiceNow modules
