This role involves providing expert-level consultation on complex initiatives and large-scale planning within Specialty Software Engineering, specifically focusing on ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM). You will review and analyze multifaceted challenges, contribute to resolving complex situations, and strategically collaborate with client personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Consult on complex, high-impact initiatives and large-scale planning related to Specialty Software Engineering, with a focus on ServiceNow BCM.
Review and analyze intricate, large-scale, or long-term challenges requiring deep evaluation of multiple factors.
Contribute to resolving complex situations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and requirements.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
ServiceNow expertise with a strong focus on BCM.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is desired.
