Our team provides application development and works closely with the production support team in Toronto as well as global infrastructure teams. Responsibilities - Be a part of our WM Canada IT Business Application team in Toronto - Design and develop large-scale applications - Interact very closely with all stakeholders and other team members to refine user requirements through test-driven development (TDD) - Analyze root causes of incidents and provide the solution - Perform code reviews and share your experience with colleagues - Promote the overall stability of the systems through the implementation of best practices to maintain the dev environment Skills Must have • We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of recent Cincom ObjectStudio and Visual Works system hierarchy and system migration experience. • 5+ years of experience in working on SMALLTALK as primary skills • Experience in programming in C/C++/Python. • Hands-on experience in software source control and bug-tracking tools. • Understanding of distributed systems. • Strong programming Object-Oriented experience and SQL Database Management Nice to have • Cloud experience (MS Azure) • Agile \ Scrum
