Description

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in ServiceNow, you will:

 

  • Be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules, including but not limited to Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Provide technical solutions and support to ensure the efficient functioning of ServiceNow within the organization.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
  • Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes using JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform to streamline processes.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs. This includes data transformation and mapping.
  • Implement advanced scripting and automation solutions to enhance platform functionality and automate routine tasks.
  • Configure and maintain user roles, access controls, and system settings to ensure a secure and efficient ServiceNow environment.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

 

  • 3+ Years of deep understanding of ServiceNow.
  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, including various modules.
  • Create and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, including both server-side and client-side scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP web services for building integrations.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Knowledge of databases like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
