Senior System Engineer

Position Summary:

Fusion Factor Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in Vadodara.
This role is crucial in maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring top-tier support for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Servers, with a focus on troubleshooting Level 2 and Level 3 tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with Level 1 engineers to provide guidance and support, ensuring their success and growth within the team.
Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure environments from an administrative perspective.
Provide support and maintenance for Microsoft Exchange Server; experience in this area will be considered a significant advantage.
Understand and perform basic troubleshooting of firewalls, particularly Sophos's firewall.
Document processes and solutions to improve team knowledge and efficiency.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience working with Microsoft Windows Servers.
Strong troubleshooting skills for Level 2 and Level 3 technical issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure administration.
Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server (preferred).
Basic understanding of Sophos firewall troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
Immediate availability is preferred.
