Senior Talent Specialist
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop strategic recruiting plans for wealth management and retirement positions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for wealth management and retirement roles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and enhance our talent acquisition efforts
About you
• Bachelor's degree and/or Master’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on wealth management, retirement planning, or financial services.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting a high volume of roles for financial advisory roles, including Financial Advisors, Wealth Management Advisors, Retirement Plan Consultants, and Investment Consultants.
• Strong understanding of wealth management and retirement planning concepts, products, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in different applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tool
