- Excellent planning and organization skills with a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver relevant and accurate information to the right audience
- A business enablement approach and ability to reduce friction and remove blockers
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, and Excel
