Senior Technical Project Manager, Enterprise Services
San Francisco, CA/Remote (PST Hours)
2 years Contract
Looking for someone with an Infrastructure PM background (Network engineering, ITSM, Helpdesk, Security, etc.) and can work in a hybrid Waterfall/Agile environment.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will drive complex technical projects within our IT Services group that focus on site buildouts, relocations, Telecommunications & AV solutions and other operational work. In this role you will report to the program manager within PMO, and be a peer to engineers & analysts. You will also be expected to work closely with the Build Director of these initiatives and support key planning strategies. In this role you will be expected to:
- Create, track, and status project plans including: milestone schedules, scope, resource plans, budgets and cross functional dependencies
- Capture, publish, and follow-up on meeting notes, action items, and other inter-team communications
- Bring extensive experience with both agile and waterfall processes
- Execute applicable agile ceremonies
- Work with both IT and business program owners to identify accurate resource estimates
- Utilize project data to make future projects more productive and cost-efficient

We’re excited about you if you have:
- 5+ years Project Management experience, focusing on IT Infrastructure corporate buildouts and relocations with a proven track record of successful project delivery, from inception through implementation
- Strong project management, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills and the ability to work with various levels of the organization
- Knowledge and proficiency with project/demand planning tools with evidence of practical application (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Jira, Innotas, Planview, etc.)
- A track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams – business users, project managers, architecture, QA, release, and engineering teams to build and enhance Knowledge Content
- Prior experience leading projects/teams in the delivery of Corporate Buildouts, Telecom, AV, & Network initiatives
- Significant experience managing budgets
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
