Position : Senior Technical Recruiter

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Technology Management, Engineering Management, Human Resources, or related bachelor of science discipline or equivalent experience

Job Responsibilities :

 

  • Coordinate with the clients and stakeholders to identify the resource gaps in the process and requirement of technical resources for the project outcome
  • Elicit the requirements of the position by collaborating with the technical team and delivery managers to source the suitable profiles
  • Publish and promote the position offering in various technological forums like GitHub and application tracking systems like the stack overflow and other various traditional methodologies to identify the suitable profiles for the required position
  • Screen resources to observe the communication skills and understand the experiential history of the resource and explain the hiring practice to complete hiring program in a seamless way
  • Coordinate with the delivery manager, technical team and HR manager to evaluate the profile standards to obtain the results for the suitability for the position requirement
  • Conduct the reference/background verification checks for the finalized resources and report the results to the HR manager and leadership team by using the analytical method
  • Constant touch with technical teams, hiring managers, delivery managers, and HRBP to conduct and evaluate the performance of the new hires and existing employees
  • Conduct periodical meetings with the leadership team, the technical team, and HRBP to understand the current technology trends and build a new hiring practice and strategy for sustainable performances of employees
  • Coordinate and conduct workshops at engineering schools and other technology institutes to explain the current trends and revolutions in technology to aware and counsel students
