Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, references, or instructions. This candidate should have strong communication skills which enable them to explain complicated concepts in a simple manner. This individual will also meet with customer representatives frequently in order to understand required content.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience in the technology industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to understand highly technical information

Infrastructure background

·Data centers, servers, databases, network, firewalls, virtual machines, containers, identity/access mgmt., logging/monitoring)

·Experience writing technical documentation and writing/visualization

·Design of infrastructure, network flows, data restoration, sequencing of builds, and other architectural schemas – so both the schematics technically and the narrative to support it

 

Technical documentation

·Take engineering content into consumable material consumable in

·Also visually diagrammatically to show regulators evidence our maturity

·Dealing with identity, access management, storage compute, databases

·Will need to have experience and ability to work with MS Suite (primarily PPT and Word)
