Senior Testing Manager

Role Overview: As our Senior Testing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the adherence to CMS Testing standards throughout the entire life-cycle of the project. Leverage your demonstrated experience in managing automated testing frameworks for large programs and advocating for quality improvement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing the creation and ongoing development of an automated testing framework for a large program.
• Experience advocating for quality improvement best practices across a large program.
• Experience in organizing and leading initiatives to improve test processes, extending the use of tools or frameworks where appropriate.
• Testing experience in an Agile-based SDLC environment.
• Demonstrated five (5) years' experience managing testing activities, including defect triaging from multiple sources and ensuring various tests (e.g., regression, end-to-end, smoke) are updated to include new functionality.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Seven (7) years of experience in functional test planning, preparation, and execution, including experience with test design techniques, defining a test strategy that includes test approach, test data management, and test environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a distributed team of testers.
