Location: Texas Remote

Required Skills:

  • 8 years experience designing product experiences using best practices in UX design, interaction design, and web accessibility
  • 8 years experience as a professional UX Designer leading the full design process from user research and interviews, insights, and strategy, to ideation, prototyping, and testing, and through to delivery of final designs.
  • 8 years experience in creating conceptual models, use cases/scenarios, personas, wireframes, mock-ups, user flow diagrams, prototypes, empathy maps, product roadmaps, style guides, and specification documents as part of a comprehensive design strategy
  • 7 years experience in user-centered and human-centered design approaches, as well as how to optimize websites and web applications for those interactions
  • 7 years experience defining success metrics with cross-functional teams to measure success of UX initiatives
  • 7 years experience establishing and maintaining design standards and patterns for product areas assigned
  • 4 years experience with highly complex application security requirements
  • 4 years experience in using Figma or similar design tools
  • 3 years experience in knowledge transfer to other UX Designers and personnel
  • 5 years Preferred Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
  • 5 years Preferred Knowledge of other web technologies, such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript JavaScript, JSON, REST, AJAX, XML, HTTP
  • 3 years Preferred Experience as a working member of an agile development team
