SENIOR UX DESIGNER

 Develops innovative and user-centered web and mobile interface designs and interactions.
• Establishes consistent and reusable design patterns informed by best practices and user testing
• Creates wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborates closely with Sr UX Manager, product managers and business analysts to deliver UX designs to conform to requirements.
• Collaborates with development team to ensure the implementation of design solutions maintain visual integrity, responsiveness and usability.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• 5+ years experience designing UX experiences for consumers and internal users for web, iOS and Android platforms.
• Extensive experience in human centered design
• Experience designing and conducting usability testing and providing actionable insights for designers, product managers and developers
• Strong design sensibility.
• Ability to articulate design strategies to partners and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated successful experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Competencies/Technical/Functional Skills:
• Fluent in English - written and oral
• Expert in Figma or other design software, visual design, wireframing and prototyping tool.
• Expert in usability testing design, implementation and analysis
• Strong knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and designing accessible interfaces.
• Strong listening skills, Strong prioritization skills,
• Expert use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals of constituencies in a diverse community.
