- 2+ years of experience in a technical helpdesk role.
- Knowledge of standard hardware and software
- Knowledge of networking topologies
- Basic understanding of IT systems/data security
- A+, Network+, Security+, MDAA, ITIL Foundation or similar certification is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Visio
