Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage ServiceMax applications based on business requirements, including ServiceMax Go Mobile App.
2.Develop Salesforce Aura Components and Lightning Web
Components as part of the solutions.
3.Lead the technical team in the development and
deployment of solutions, ensuring that they are robust, efficient, and
scalable.
4.Architect solutions leveraging ServiceMax,
demonstrating a deep understanding of ServiceMax capabilities and constraints,
including the Go Mobile App.
5.Lead end-to-end (from high-level design to technical
detail) implementation of ServiceMax modules.
6.Design and implement integrations with other systems
using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware integration tools like MuleSoft, BOOMI and
perform integrations with SAP systems.
7.Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and process
automation using ServiceMax tools.
8.Manage data migrations and data quality efforts, as
required.
9.Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment
to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements.
10.Develop and maintain documentation on processes,
policies, application configuration, and help related materials for users as
the application evolves.
11.Conduct regular system audits to identify potential
system enhancements and improvements.
12.Train users on how to use ServiceMax and ServiceMax
Go features effectively.
13.Keep abreast of ServiceMax, ServiceMax Go and
Salesforce updates and new releases, suggesting where these could drive
business improvement.
14.Troubleshoot and fix bugs/issues as they arise in
ServiceMax applications and the ServiceMax Go Mobile App
