Service Now Architect

Requirements:
·       Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role for at least 5 years.
·       In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and development best practices.
·       Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and Asset Management.
·       Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), API integrations, and web services.
·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
·       Solid understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies.
·       Experience in leading and managing ServiceNow implementation projects from start to finish.
·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are highly preferred. preferred Skills
