Description

    ● ServiceNow (5 yrs+ exp preferred)
           ● ITIL V3 certification preferred
           ● Expertise in ServiceNow Development Administration
           ● Experience in Self Service Portal development
           ● Expertise in Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment workflow development
           ● Expertise in UI Policy development
            ● Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
            ● Experience implementing ITIL/IT Service Management processes (Survey, Request, Portal, CSM, ITBM, GRC)
            ● Agile experience- Story/Defect methodology
           ● Experience contributing to Knowledge Base
           ● Strong ServiceNow Transform Map Scripting, data validation, and debugging
           ● Strong ServiceNow Scheduled Scripted Jobs, JDBC Data Sources
           ● Strong ServiceNow Inbound Web Services
           ● Strong ServiceNow MID Server architecture, configuration, and customization
           ● Working knowledge of SAML
           ● ServiceNow Multi-Provider SSO Configuration and troubleshooting
