Responsibilities

Adhere to Champion 3C Strategy: Customer focus, Concentration on key markets, and Competency in quality and innovation

Continuously develop technical skills by studying repair manuals and schematics

Perform precise diagnoses and repairs using the correct tools and systems

Conduct functional and safety testing post-repair to ensure customer safety

Maintain inventory accuracy and support best-in-class repair service

Collaborate with Senior Repair Technicians and participate in benchmarking summits

Provide feedback for quality and safety improvements of tools

Organize work areas for safe and efficient performance

Comply with company policies and values
