ServiceNow Architect

Job Description/ Responsibilities

·    We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team as a Business Associate. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in System Architecture, System Design, and various ServiceNow modules including GRC, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, ITSA, ITSM, and Strategic Portfolio Management.

·    This role involves designing and implementing robust systems that align with our business goals and enhance operational efficiency.



Roles & Responsibilities :

·    Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive system architectures that meet business requirements and industry standards.

·    Oversee the development and integration of ServiceNow modules including GRC, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, ITSA, ITSM, and Strategic Portfolio Management.

·    Provide technical guidance and support to the development team to ensure the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions.

·    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective system designs.

·    Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of system architectures through rigorous testing and validation processes.

·    Develop and maintain documentation for system designs, configurations, and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.

·    Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and user experience.

·    Conduct regular reviews and audits of system architectures to identify and address potential issues or areas for improvement.

·    Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on system functionalities and best practices.

·    Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technologies to drive continuous improvement.

·    Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the overall IT infrastructure and service delivery.

·    Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in all system design and implementation activities.

·    Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive the successful execution of projects and initiatives.



Qualifications

·    Possess a strong background in System Architecture and System Design with a focus on ServiceNow modules.

·    Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow GRC, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, ITSA, ITSM, and Strategic Portfolio Management.

·    Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

·    Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
