Technical Expert: Be an expert at HR platform capabilities. Be well versed with all aspects of enterprise grade application development on HR platform having worked in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle from Design through Delivery. Understands the nuances of building scalable applications such as Security, Data Management including large data migrations, Integrations, Deployment etc. Familiarity with multiple technologies and proven ability to explore new technologies and drive Automation & Innovation
Be in the Details: Ability to drive Low Level Design based on High-Level Architecture. Ability to review designs with Architecture teams with representations from Security & Privacy. Strong hands-on experience writing code by implementing software development best practices. Must have expertise in building enterprise grade applications and integrations on ServiceNow platform. Ability to plan, distribute and drive projects with developers in an Agile model. Document best practices for design and development and ensure development team(s) are following them

Understanding of Cloud Service Providers, Cloud Operations and Cloud Computing
Desired Industry Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CSSP, CEH or equivalent

Excellent grip of ServiceNow framework, User access model, application scoping, basic ITSM skills, good understanding of CMDB, scipting and other objects
Specialize in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or ServiceNow SecOps product suite, and support creation of collateral, point of view, and thought leadership across the product suite and functional capabilities.
Competency of GRC SecOps model

Experience & Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
10+ years' experience leading and implementing SNOW HRIS solutions
Experience and understanding of security and security implementation within Workday; managed Workday Access Control projects
Advanced MS Excel Skills (formulas, pivot tables, v lookups) and MS Office Skills
