Position Overview: As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will collaborate with a diverse range of client stakeholders in the software application development space. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through ServiceNow implementations and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, adaptable, and resilient, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Familiarity with IT service management, the ITIL framework, and the ServiceNow platform is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing client business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization using the ServiceNow platform.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about ServiceNow updates and new features, contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration: Foster communication and collaboration within the EY project team and between the team and client stakeholders.
- Story Development: Create detailed stories that translate business needs into technical details for the ServiceNow development team.
- Impediment Removal: Identify and remove impediments or obstacles hindering the progress of the Scrum team.
- Scrum Events: Participate in scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Unit Testing: Assist the development team in unit testing processes.
- Requirement Clarification: Coordinate with both client and development teams to ensure requirements are clarified and signed off.
- Training Support: Contribute to the development of job aids and training materials.
Skills and Attributes:
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ServiceNow or other enterprise-grade platforms.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing complex stakeholder environments in delivery and/or operational roles.
- Prior experience with enterprise-grade SaaS platforms and their application to business challenges.
- Proven ability to lead delivery across multiple projects and workstreams in a matrix management organization
