Mandatory Skills-Skills:
-        ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
-        Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Functional Analyst.
-        Proven experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
-        Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
-        Proficient in configuring and customizing ServiceNow instances to meet business needs.
-        Ability to conduct process analysis and optimization to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
-        Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
-        Skill in designing user-friendly and intuitive UIs within the ServiceNow platform.
-        Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
-        Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
-        Demonstrated ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
-        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in ServiceNow configurations.
-        Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers.
-        Experience working in an Agile environment.
