About the job
Assist in advancing campus-wide asset management solution
Facilitate the use of asset management systems to track all hardware and software assets and relationships
Maintain detailed records and document all changes using change management
Participate in system-wide and campus-wide software groups
Technical knowledge of server, application, database, network and storage systems to associate system attributes into the ServiceNow Platform
Design, development and implementation of automated processes for populating CMDB and HAM/SAM modules
Manage asset data such as hardware serial numbers for the configuration management database (CMDB/ITAM) and ensure information is up-to-date, accurate, and auditable.
Establish and monitor processes to assign and track end user computing assets.
Manage and track of software license assigned to end users, reviewing, and managing IT resource volume and expenditures against purchase agreements.
Strong experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP/REST, email, MID, etc).
Experience in loading data into SNOW from third party system using Web Services and Import Sets.
Should have experience at UI Scripting, UI Action UI Policy, UI Macro, Business Rules, Workflow development, service-now admin, Reporting in ServiceNow SQL, Database view in ServiceNow
Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and other widespread enterprise technologies
Should be able to create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Hands-On experience on MID Server Integrations
Implementation experience in ServiceNow Discovery & ITAM modules
Hands-on experience in hardware/ software asset reconciliation
Experience in installing HAM/SAM Modules
