Job Title: ServiceNow SAM Consultant

Location: REMOTE

Duration: LongTerm

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Minimum 4 years’ ServiceNow experience  
  2. Three (3) years’ experience working with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Module. Experience should include knowledge of how SAM and its components function, including the Software Catalog, reclamation rules, and approaches for integrating different reclamation and installation technologies/automation.  
  3. Experience implementing/configuring at least three (3) Software Catalogs within the SAM module. Experience to include knowledge of how Software Catalog works with SAM to check for available licenses.  
  4. Experience with at least two (2) implementations of Integration Hub System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) spoke.  
  5. Experience with at least three (3) integrations of Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD) with ServiceNow.  

DESIREABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience with SailPoint IIQ and any SailPoint IIQ integration with ServiceNow preferred.  
  2. ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for Integration Hub SCCM Spoke, Software Catalog, SAM and AAD integration.
