Job duties/accountabilities
Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, and HTML/CSS
  • Configure/Customize ServiceNow including Workflows using Flow Designer, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc.
  • Extensive experience with Business Rules, Source Code Management, Flow Designer, and Integrations
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Platform, including building new applications and enhancing existing ones


Experience:

  • Proven track record in Order Management systems
  • Background in Telecom is a plus but not mandatory


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of ServiceNow developers, review their work, providing guidance and mentorship
  • Design solutions for new requirements and integrations, ensuring best coding practices are followed
  • Identify gaps in existing solutions and work on improvements
  • Manage stakeholder communication effectively
  • Stay hands-on with the development and implementation of ServiceNow modules

Certifications Required:
