Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in developing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM modules, including Case Management, Agent Workspace, Service Catalog, and Self-Service Portals.
• ServiceNow Customer Service Management Certification is needed.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
