Job Duties

Activation and configuration of ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
Development of workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications.
Development of ServiceNow custom applications from inception to completion in order to automate and improve processes.
Working closely with customers to research, design, develop and deliver innovative solutions to improve their business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, systems integration, and multiple platforms.
Service now implementation specialist & admin.
Core module (normal incident, MIM, problem, knowledge, change, ESS, CMS).
Good communication and presentation skills, client handling.
CMDB implementation, support and data normalization.
Java scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.
Hands-on with ITIL process implementation.
Service-Now for custom application design & development.
Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-Now solutions, ability to create and modify workflows.
Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service- Now platform.
Hands-on migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow.
Good at creating required information for reporting and dashboards.
Utilize Angular.JS, JavaScript, SQL and related technologies for ServiceNow development.
Support the discovery, requirements gathering, and the build out of core ServiceNow functionality.
Implement multiple related business processes into ServiceNow using service catalog.
Develop applications to fulfill modern data capture.
Refactor ServiceNow software customizations during ServiceNow major updates.
Collaborate with fellow developers and business analysts in an agile development environment.
Understand backend configuration of ServiceNow.
Support testing, configuration, change, and release management.
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
