Location : Atlanta, Georgia
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet our business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, and leverage your technical expertise to deliver high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
1. ServiceNow Development:
· Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
· Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations.
2. Requirements Analysis:
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow enhancements.
· Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
3. Integration and Automation:
· Integrate ServiceNow with other business systems and applications.
· Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize business processes.
4. Maintenance and Support:
· Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow instances.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
5. Documentation:
· Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
· Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and enhancements.
6. Collaboration:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, security, and business analysts.
· Participate in design and code reviews to ensure best practices and quality standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on development and configuration.
· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, including modules, workflows, and scripting.
· Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
· Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· ServiceNow Developer Certification.
· Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
· Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript.
· Previous experience in [industry/sector] is a plus.
Any Graduate
