Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ITSM, CSM
• Certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes, including change management, incident management, and problem management and CSM Process, inclusing Knowledhe Mangement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex CI relationships and dependencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree
