Servicenow Developer - CMDB and HRSD

* Development experience
· Web Services including Rest, SOAP APIs, XML, AJAX, JSON.
· Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Policies, Workflows, and SLAs.
· Should have hands on experience on Import Sets, Transform Maps, Discovery, identification and

   reconciliation.
· Hands on experience on different features and functionalities of ServiceNow like ITSM , ITOM, SPM

  and CSM.
· knowledge on ServiceNow database, debugging JavaScript/GUI.
· Prior hands-on experience supporting ServiceNow platform upgrades.
· Juggling several queries for end users, giving full support on post-production maintenance and with

  Service Request teams to resolve the issues.
· Understanding of ServiceNow processes functionalities and flows.
· Ability to understand the design of ServiceNow Out-of-Box functions and capabilities at a detailed

  level.
· Excellent knowledge of industry standard methodologies of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

   like Waterfall and Agile.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills combined with a strong technical writing ability and

   experience working in large corporate environments
