Role Description
Total Experience of 8+ yrs in IT
2. Worked on at least 1 HRSD Implementation project involving HR Catalog item implementation, Integration with one or more 3rd party HRSD systems like Workday, SuccessFactors
3. Good knowledge of ITSM and ITIL V3
4. Solid, hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform, Client/server scripting
5. Knowledge of JavaScript as an individual contributor.
6. Around 5 years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow
7. Process understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management
8. Good Experience in ITSM and CMDB module implementation/development
9. Good implementation experience in web-based Integration (SOAP, REST) and any other type of integration.
10. Good communication and presentation skill
11. Hands-on experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows and solution migration to higher environment.
12. Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
13. Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Development Best Practices & ongoing knowledge ServiceNow features.
