Responsibility
Design, develop, code, and test complex tactical as well as strategic cross functional technical solutions within ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, often collaborating with Engineers or Architects outside of team/department.
Leads the team in in-depth code/design reviews and communicates updates and impacts to stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning for multiple teams.
Organize work and lead multiple teams to deliver features and solutions.
As a key member of the program team, constantly evolve the HR Portfolio and roadmap in partnership with HR Business Process Owners, Architects and other stakeholders across the organization
Qualifications
3 years of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (Case and Content, Portal, Knowledge) experience with at least 1 full implementation.
5 years of in-depth experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflows, integrations, web-based development languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML) and SQL / relational databases.
ServiceNow CAD certified including deltas.
10 years of proven expertise in HRIS/HRIT with a strong understanding of HR processes, integrations, analytics, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
