Job Description: Assist with the planning, strategy, and implementation of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices. Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules. Provide subject matter expertise, act as ITIL process advocate to design, develop and implement ITIL processes with the platform of customers choice. Identify process improvement areas and drive CSI projects. Hand-on experience on various ITSM ServiceNow applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request, Service Catalog, Asset, Knowledge, Service Level, Content Management System (CMS), Service Portal, Orchestration, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, and Configuration Management Database. In integrations using Web Services (REST/SOAP), Scripted REST APIs, and Data sources. Understanding of ITIL framework and processes. Must be willing to travel to set up systems to
various clients at unanticipated locations across the nation and perform feasibility studies and evaluate user requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree or its equivalent in IT related field.
Any Graduate
