Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and integrations with other systems.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow solutions and processes.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and modules.
Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Script Editor, Form Designer, and Workflow Editor.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
