Description

5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the platform’s capabilities.
Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM) and integration using APIs and web services.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS.
ITIL certification and a strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience in industries like water/wastewater or Oracle utility applications is a plus!
