ServiceNow Developer

Delivery Role:
• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and enhancements as the program grows.
• Must have familiarity across multiple business process - ITSM, HR, Vulnerability Response
• Must have 2 -3 years of Performance Analytics experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist in the documentation of processes, workflows, and technical configurations.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods.
• Perform unit testing and ensure quality standards are met.
