Responsible for delivering: Form / workflow / flow / scripting implementation, development testing on work implemented as well as performing code reviews on work done by other developers.
A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in ServiceNow app development and experience with areas such as: Service Portal, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM and CMDB
Experience with Workflow / Flow designer
Expert level understanding of ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities
Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, XML)
US citizenship is required and able to obtain federal security clearance

Experience with ITIL, Service Management, scripting, HTML and CSS – Advanced understanding of object-oriented JavaScript

Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult including providing options with pros, cons and risks around key technical decisions during design and implementation
Strong organizational skills and understanding of the Project Management lifecycle
