Understand and problem solve independently- bring options to the table  to solve the problem
Discovery Implementation and Integration with third party tools
JavaScript most important on coding front, all ties into discovery. Brings a different evaluation
No API experience needed, they have a dedicated team to do the API dev.
Not just understanding how its done, the network, the devices, routers and switches – having previous implementation experience is needed to know how to approach
