Preferred Requirements 

Ø ServiceNow System Administrator Certification

Ø ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification 

Ø Experience working with ServiceNow domains 

 

Primary Responsibilities include:

Ø Design, develop, and maintain custom code for all ServiceNow modules 

Ø Analyzes user requirements and current procedures in order to design and develop new automated process workflows within the ServiceNow environment 

Ø Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain application integration with any third-party applications 

Ø Design and develop ServiceNow modules in support of SLA and reporting requirements 

Ø Works with internal process managers and ServiceNow administrators to implement and support all ServiceNow modules

Ø Provides technical leadership and advice to all areas of business unit Basic Requirements –

Ø At least four (3) years of relevant ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment 

Ø Demonstrated knowledge of core ITIL processes (CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change) 

Ø Demonstrated knowledge of system design and development used within web service or message-based applications (e.g. REST/SOAP) 

Ø Hands on experience on modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal and Scoped applications 

Ø Experience with Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies 

Ø Experience coding of DHTML/XHTML and CSS 

Ø Demonstrated communication and presentation skills 

Ø Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and good experience in doing customization in UI Pages / UI Macro / Jelly Scripting / JavaScript etc. 

Ø Knowledge of Web Development frameworks like Angular JS / HTML 5 / JQuery / CSS 

Ø Proven ability to work across multiple functional teams in the creation of an application development/support process
