Position Summary

 

As a ServiceNow Developer/Integrator at Judge you will be an integral part of our IT team, working to evolve our ServiceNow capabilities. You will design, develop, and maintain efficient and effective integration solutions for the ServiceNow environment. Your role involves working closely with the business analysts, project managers, developers, and other IT professionals to create bespoke workflows and integrations that meet the needs of our evolving business landscape. This position will reports to the VP of Applications Development Collaborates other members of the development, database, and infrastructure teams, project managers, as well as business stakeholders.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

ServiceNow Development

  • Design and develop ServiceNow spokes to interface with internal APIs.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Work with technical and process SMEs to develop workflows in ServiceNow IntegrationHub to automate business processes.
  • Ensure that all integrations are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

 

Documentation and Testing

  • Perform comprehensive testing and validation of new integrations and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any integrations issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations in ServiceNow.

 

Personal Development and Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain current knowledge of ServiceNow updates and new features, ensuring best practices are always followed.
  • Provide technical mentoring and guidance to other team members as needed.

 

Experience & Qualifications

 

  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator, with ServiceNow IntegrationHub experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow development and integration work.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript.
  • Experience with RESTful web services and working knowledge of API management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
