Description:
This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of ServiceNow experiences. The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop custom workflows utilizing modern web technologies
- Configure out of the box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
- Rapidly prototype new ServiceNow solutions
- Takes feedback (and provides feedback) from peer review and apply changes to meet standards
- Resolve ServiceNow health scan findings within SLA
- Support respective APIs and keep documentation up to date
- Research new innovative capabilities
- Accountable for ensuring all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices
- Contributes to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Reviews tasks critically and ensures they are appropriately prioritized and sized for incremental delivery; anticipates and communicates blockers and delays before they require escalation
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five years+ of relevant experience
- Experience with Agile development methodology
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (Rest API, SOAP, etc.)
Required
- ServiceNow Administration (CSA) Fundamentals Certification
- 5+ years ServiceNow development Preferred
Preferred Skills/Experience
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
- ServiceNow IRM Product experience
- ServiceNow Portal design and development
- Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
