  • This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of ServiceNow experiences. The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization.

    Essential Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop custom workflows utilizing modern web technologies
  • Configure out of the box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
  • Rapidly prototype new ServiceNow solutions
  • Takes feedback (and provides feedback) from peer review and apply changes to meet standards
  • Resolve ServiceNow health scan findings within SLA
  • Support respective APIs and keep documentation up to date
  • Research new innovative capabilities
  • Accountable for ensuring all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices
  • Contributes to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Reviews tasks critically and ensures they are appropriately prioritized and sized for incremental delivery; anticipates and communicates blockers and delays before they require escalation

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five years+ of relevant experience
  • Experience with Agile development methodology
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (Rest API, SOAP, etc.)

 

Required

 

  • ServiceNow Administration (CSA) Fundamentals Certification
  • 5+ years ServiceNow development Preferred

 

Preferred Skills/Experience

 

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • ServiceNow IRM Product experience
  • ServiceNow Portal design and development
  • Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
