Servicenow Engineer

 ● 2-3 years working knowledge of Linux operating systems and their underlying components, system statistics, performance tuning, file systems and IO, solid scripting skills in Perl and shell. 
                               ● 2-3 years Working knowledge of networking, packet tracing, understanding latency and throughput. 
                               ● 2-3 years' Experience with production documentation, monitoring, and capacity planning for Enterprise class applications. 
                               ● BS in Computer Science 
                               ● Good verbal and written communication skills. 
                                ● A strong mix of Software Engineer and Operation Support skills. 
                               ● Experience in performance diagnostics, capacity planning, performance tuning, and performance monitoring. 
                               ● Working knowledge of Monitoring tools such as SiteScope, ELK, SPLUNK, Dynatrace, New Relic, and SolarWinds
