Job Description:
o 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, including hands-on experience with various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB.
o Proven experience in a technical lead or solution architect role, with a track record of successfully leading ServiceNow projects and teams.
o Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.).
o Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and middleware solutions.
o Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for IT service management.
Certifications:
o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, or other relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
o Additional certifications in project management or solution architecture (e.g., PMP, TOGAF) are a plus.
Education:
o Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

o Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing teams and projects.
