We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of ITSM services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to create technical specifications and design documents.
Implement best practices for ITSM processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Perform system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Create and maintain documentation for technical processes and configurations.
Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on ServiceNow functionalities.
Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and administration.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, capabilities, and ITIL best practices.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
